| During the time of experiencing,people are no longer satisfied with the tour mode as "Sleep while on the bus,enjoy the scenery while off bus and take photos at the scenic spots" . Tour has developed into a kind of life experience and moods,and the tourists pay more and more attention on the quality and service during the tour. Tourist traffic,as the main consumption part of time and money,greatly influences the tourists' evaluation of the whole tour. Currently , the tourist traffic is developing toward diversification and integration,and it has greatly enriched the content of tourist experience. However,there are few research on tourist traffic,especially on the traffic and experience in the tourist area nowadays. Therefore,it is a new planning approach to work on the tourist traffic planning in the tourist area with the guidance of experience,which will not only expand the experiencing function of tourist traffic,but also benefit for the enhance of integrated experiencing value,and thus enhance its competitiveness force.Firstly,this paper defines and explains related concepts,determining its scope and object,focusing on the explanation of "tourist traffic" and "tourist traffic planning guided by experience". The tourist traffic planning guided by experience refers to the process guided by gaining nice tourist experience and based on the distribution and characteristics of the tourist resources,by proper distribution of traffic routes,organizing traffic means,planning traffic facilities and arranging traffic activities in line with the tourist products,so as to achieve the goal of the integration of "traffic" and "tourist",making the traffic process as a nice experiencing process,and the traffic routes as the experiencing routes.Secondly,this paper learns from the theories and findings from multi-disciplinary angles,especially from psychology and traffic disciplines,to broaden and draw the thinking way and direction for tourist traffic planning. The planning strategy is mainly built upon the Gestalt Psycology on aesthetics cognition psychology,the behaviour analysis pattern of "gain" and "loss" of the tourist's experience,the theory of value engineering on the evaluation of tourist's experience value,the synergy theory of the system and the aesthetics of road traffic.And then,the paper analyses the experiencing cause,factor,characteristics and types of the tourist traffic experience. It concludes that the tourist traffic can be divided into four types: happy,aesthetic,entertaining and cognitive based on the levels of experience.The key part is to discuss the strategy of tourist traffic planning guided by experience,namely,distribute the tourist traffic according to the theme—the whole strategy,organize open and ordered traffic system—happy experience,design beautiful traffic corridor—aesthetic experience,planning interesting traffic activities—entertaining experience,organize cognition corridor in chain—cognitive experience. The distribution of the tourist traffic according to the theme is to build traffic environment in line with the tourist spot,and the core is the coordination of tourist traffic and tourist products. The organization of open and ordered traffic system requires open traffic net,combination of fast/medium/slow pace of traffic and complete traffic signs. The traffic routes should be distributed on different levels according to the classification of function districts in the tourist area and the frequency of using. The organization of traffic follows the rule of in line with local conditions,open but no intervention,distributing on different levels and connecting according to levels. The design of beautiful traffic corridor requires the traffic corridor with rich scenery,connecting the typical spots of the tourist area,and the traffic facilities being beautiful and harmonious. Planning interesting traffic activities refers to organize typical interesting activities and develop the traffic tourist product. As for cognitive experience,this paper puts forward the planning approach of "traffic partition of tourist area—choosing the traffic means in line with the tourist resources—organizing cognition corridor in chain".The research in this paper pays much attention to multi-disciplinary crossed design,combination of theory and case study and especially the application of related theory from psychology to the traffic planning in tourist area. |
