Research On Inventory Control In The Liquor Manufacturers Based On Reverse Logistics

Since the 20th century, the development of the world economy has made tremendous progress. But with the cost of environmental damage in return. People began to pay more and more attention to the environment protection. Countries also began to introduce some polices of environment protection, to walk the path of sustainable development. In such a contest, to force the enterprises not only pay attention to the environment protection in the process of production, products should meet green standards. But also the dealing with the products should be environment protection after the end of their life cycle. Therefore, more and more enterprises begin to recycle the products that they produced. Thus the Reverse Logistics get more and more attention by the public.This paper is based on the Luzhou Co., Ltd. It mainly discusses the inventory control strategy of the company's products in the Reverse Logistics. First, the article describes the purpose and significance of the study, states the research background and current status both at home and abroad in detail, to pave the way ahead for the study. In the second chapter, it describes the Reverse Logistics and some basic theories of the inventory control in detail, gives the theoretical support for the next research. Chapter Three and Chapter Four are the keys of the paper. The third chapter describes the characteristics of the products of the target company, states the process and characteristics of the Reverse Logistics of the company in detail, and analyses the problem of it in the Reverse Logistics inventory. The model later is set up according to these problems. According to the related problems of the previous chapter, in the forth chapter, we give certain simplification to the process of the Reverse Logistics inventory control for the target company. Through certain condition assumptions, we set up an analysis model to solve the problems, and give the optimal solution to the model, and get an approximate solution by using genetic algorithm. The last chapter is a summary of the paper, and also the prospect of the later research. I also put forward some my own suggestions for the direction of the future research, hoping to provide some references for the later researchers.
