Since last decades, driven by full utilization of resources, ecological environment protection, circular economy development, remanufacturing has drawn more and more attention from government, enterprise and customer. The existing studies about remanufacturing reverse logistics are mainly aimed at minimizing the logistics cost from the consideration of enterprises, while they ignored the legal restraint. This paper studies the network design problem through problem statement, establishing the mathematical model, example analysis and sensitivity analysis.First, this paper introduces the backgrounds and significance of study. Based on the review of literatures, the problem to be studied is proposed.Secondly, this paper introduces the basic knowledge of reverse logistic network including related concepts, classification, and design. And then analyses the basic knowledge and network structures of reverse logistic network of green remanufacturing. In the next part, this paper studies network mode of reverse logistic network, and distinguishes characteristics between various network mode, and then puts forward the characteristics of the reverse logistics network mode.Thirdly, according to the analysis of the characteristics of network structure, a mixed integer linear programming model has been proposed based on the reverse logistic network facing green remanufacturing. A simple example is provided and the optimal result of the model has been got by software lingo11.0. At last, the network map has been drawn. And then the paper provides sensitivity analysis for uncertain factors. It analyzes the impact to the optimal result when the changes of the minimum pollution distance and minimum dispose probability of returned products, and expects providing solutions of corresponding environment for enterprises by sensitivity analysis.Finally, the paper concludes the research and presents the prospect of this topic in further study.
