| At the present stage, as remanufacturing is an important part of the circulareconomy, while the auto industry is a mainstay of China’s economy, the automotiveremanufacturing is classified as a strategic emerging industry to support thesustainable development strategy and the basic national policy of the circulatingeconomy in China. Automotive remanufacturing reverse logistics is an importantactivity to support the automotive remanufacturing industry, on the background thatChina’s automotive remanufacturing is still in the exploratory stage, research onreverse logistics of automobile remanufacturing has become a promising domain, sothe paper attempts to study on reverse logistics network optimization of vehiclesremanufacturing.Firstly, there are studies on domestic and foreign combed to understand reverselogistics network optimization of vehicles remanufacturing and the developmentprocess of it, and then clear the research results and difficulties in reverse logisticsnetwork optimization of vehicles remanufacturing in this stage, and at the same timedetermine the purpose of the paper.Secondly, under the premise that the purpose of the paper is cleared, in-depthresearch on the relevant articles of the basic theory of reverse logistics network ofvehicles remanufacturing is conducted to deepen the understanding of the relevantissues and to make theoretical preparation for research on reverse logistics ofautomobile remanufacturing.Then, combining the connotation about reverse logistics activities in automotiveremanufacturing, the paper explores the general principles for the construction of thelogistics network of automotive remanufacturing, and in order to understand theoperation mechanism of the reverse logistics network of automotive remanufacturing,in-depth analysis goes into organizational models and operating mode of reverselogistics network of vehicles remanufacturing. On the basis of that and combined with the connotation about characteristics of the reverse logistics network of automotiveremanufacturing, the paper tries to select the appropriate methods to establish aoptimization model for the reverse logistics network of automotive remanufacturing.Finally, with the method of numerical simulation the paper constructed asimulation, optimization by use of the optimization models constructed by the paperand analyses of the simulation was done to verify the validity of the optimizationmodel.As the reverse logistics network of vehicles remanufacturing the carrier offunction of reverse logistics activities in automotive remanufacturing, reverse logisticsnetwork optimization of vehicles remanufacturing is the main content and importantfoundation of the Construction of reverse logistics network of automobileremanufacturing. General methods of reverse logistics network optimization ofvehicles remanufacturing, such as the general principles, the organizational modelsand operating mode, and the optimization in this paper can be a worth learning casefor the similar issue. Meanwhile, the findings of the paper have some positivesignificance in enhancing people’s awareness of the importance of automotiveremanufacturing and the reverse logistics of it. |
