According to the May 24, 2008 three national ministration announcement, the reorganization of the telecommunications, China Unicom and China Netcom were merged into China United Network Communications Limited Coporation. (China Unicom ), which becomes a real whole business telecommunication company, and Zhumadian Unicom is the branch of China Unicom. This paper explores the following topics as Zhumadian Unicom, which is rich in the fixed network and advanced 3G network resources, how to build and manage the efficiency marketing channel system, how to deal with the entire business operations under more intense competition in the market, expanding the scale and improving the market share.By using the theory of marketing and Potter analytical method, this paper analyzes the competition environment and inter-environment of after-reorganization telecommunications industry, it also puts forward the proposals of marketing strategy. The thesis analyzes the present situation and existing problems of marketing channel in Zhumadian Unicom, making a research of the new unicom marketing channels competition by SWOT. Meanwhile, it puts forward the existing advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the new Unicom in the marketing channels. Combining with the actual situation of Zhumadian Unicom to repositionall types of channels, to optimize and integrate the channel structure, to perfect the system of channel. At the same time, the plans of channelconstruction, management and control, maintenance and operation are put forward, enforced and assessed.This paper combined theories with the developing examples of after-recombination Zhumadian Unicom. Based on marketing strategy, the marketing channels of Zhumadian Unicom has been re-planning and implemented, which means a lot reference value to Zhumadian Unicom in the 3G telecom era of full-service environment. And this paper is available to similar enterprises'future design and planning of marketing channels.
