The Programming And Implementation Of Standard Tool Informationization System Project Based On SAP And MES

In the process of electric machinery products manufacturing, more than five thousand kinds of standard tools are needed. Standard tool are advanced prepared and use efficiently, which is the guarantee of complete electric machinery manufacturing successfully,also is an important link of reduce the cost. Traditional management of standard tool have been carried by hand, which depend on more experiences. There are many problems, both time-consuming and wasting cost. It is difficult to satisfy the actual production, reducing the cost of production and the needs of pricise management.This paper proposed the informationization management concept of standard tool,which is based on the use of standard tool in the Shanghai Electrical Machinery CO.LTD.The major points are summarized as follows:Propose the needs of informationization management in the program,with the management projects by hand of standard tool. It shows the direction for our later work .Use the SAP and MES technolgy, with the needs of corporation and using environments,to build the informationization management system structure of standard tool.Formulate a reasonable and viable identify solutions for standard tool ,and design coding scheme of standard tool with the actrual instances in the corporation.Establish the data standard and data management process according with management of standard tool to make sure manages the data conveniently.Research collecting MESsage,statistical analysis of standard tool.To carry out preliminary management for the standard tool storage with the needs of the corporation.Make the convenient methed to find the standard tool in the database to meet the use in inner allocating.Reduce storage of standard tool and improve usage of standard tool.
