Venture Management For LED Grow Light

Venture business is a complex process, which involves not only all aspects of management science, technical knowledge of that domain, but also the entrepreneur's mission of life. There are a number of special problems to be solved compared with general business management, so venture business has gradually become an independent science discipline.The target of study venture business is to guide business practice; meanwhile business practice can enrich the theory. The author founds the LED grow light business base on the theory,and studies the theory base on review the process.This article proposes creatively the author understands of entrepreneurial model, value of venture business and product life cycle.The logic line in this paper is venture business process, and from the theoretical and practical point of view expounds entrepreneurial mission, venture model, venture opportunity, venture strategic, value innovation in product and value acquisition.
