RFID technology is a non-contact automatic identification technology, is an important force in the world of Things. Thanks to its wide range of applications and its strategic orientation, it acquires a great deal of concern and support from the government which provides RFID industry a favoured environment to acheive rapid growth, now it has great market value, and promots economic development. To fully realize the potential of RFID, it is necessary to strengthen the collaboration in supply chain. However, there are not so many researches in this area. In the paper, we studied the mechanism of RFID information sharing cooperation as well as RFID enterprises valuation, from bottom to top, trying to give a complete solution in the RFID business.Firstly, the mechanism of RFID information sharing cooperation is studied. From the perspective of the application of RFID, supply chain management is the most important stage for RFID technology, in particular, for food supply chain which was reported frequently by theirs food safety problems, RFID technology is definitely a golden key to the establishment of the food traceability system for food supply chain and can play a good supervisory role in transparent management. With RFID tags in food raw materials procurement, production processing, transportation, distribution, storage, shelves and, ultimately, sales, and even return processing we can implement real-time monitoring via RFID traceable information, providing a guarantee for the safety of food, while the management of the entire supply chain becomes transparent and efficient. This paper studies the mechanism of upstream and downstream enterprises in the food supply chain using RFID technology, two game models are established: the former explored the best use of RFID technology in the upstream and downstream cooperation in the fully rational condition, researched the best amount of shared information; the latter studied the cooperation in bounded rationality condition, in the context of a multi-stage cooperation, showed different patterns of decision-making of upstreams based on different risk preferences and verified the feasibility of a BP neural network to predict upstream decision-making behavior. Then, we investigated the RFID enterprises valuation model. From a capital point of view, Internet of Things is considered as one of the engines to create a new economic boom in the world, its key technology—RFID, has attracted great interest by investors. So a reliable valuation method is quite important for investment, which should not only focus on overall accuracy but also the accuracy of extreme risk. However the traditional DCF method is likely to underestimate the value of enterprise without consideration of value of future investment opportunities, also the future free cash flow is difficult to be determined or is judged by single criteria. In order to overcome these shortcomings, we established a valuation model integrated with double-precision neural networks and real options model. Overall accuracy and classification accuracy of extreme risk are two objective functions during optimization with NSGA-II, then use real options model to calculate the enterprises'value taking into account the forecasting profits provided by double-precision neural networks. An application of RFID enterprise simulation proves the high reliability of this system.
