As China's GDP reached the 2nd in the world, people's standard of living and people's consumption concept has undergone huge changes. Now, the pace of life has become faster, going out to dinner has become a part of life, and fast food is our best choice.The growth rate of the Fast-food industry is more than 10% per year in China's domestic market. The Fast-food industry's market size becomes bigger. McDonald's, KFC and many multinational companies have shifted their strategic focus on China. In Chinese market, they have captured majority of market share, and still capture the market of small cities. Many Chinese domestic enterprises like ZHENGONGFU are going to stronger and leading Chinese fast food industry. Because of huge market size and fast growth rate, it can be expected that there will be more and more enterprises to join this market.TAIGEILI chain of fast-food Company is committed to building a leading brand of Chinese fast food industry. How to enter this market, carry out strategies and marketing are main issue for TAIGEILI Company.The purpose of editing the business plan for the proposed project aims to comprehensively display the proposed project status of the company and future prospects, based on investigation and research. For decision-making and implementation of this project to provide a scientific basis and a reliable guarantee.This research includes business strategy analysis, business planning and implementation of the business planning in three parts. First, through the fast food industry market research, and using Michael Porter's Five Forces Model, Competitive Profile Matrix, External Factor Evaluation Matrix and SWOT analysis, analysis of the status of fast-food industry and competitive situation, I have summarized strategy of TAIGEILI . Base on a clear strategy, draw up a business plan, including overall planning, market planning, operational planning and financial planning. In the financial planning analysis, according to the time value of money principle, the use of cash flow method, to calculate the internal rate of return and net present value of such evaluation and then use the break-even analysis , sensitivity analysis and risk analysis for the potential risks of project and relevant measures for analysis. Basis on the business plan, draw up the implementation strategies of the business plan, including marketing strategy, organizational strategy, operating strategy and financial plan strategy.This article, by fully use of the knowledge of marketing management, strategic management, production operations management, human resources management and Technological Economics. Through the project market, investment, benefit and risk analysis, the investment of the project is feasible. This business model can be copied and learned. We hope to promote the healthy development of the Chinese fast food industry. And we also hope to give them to those who are interested in joining the Chinese Fast-food industry for a total solution and business plan.
