Modern Chinese fast food started in1987, in20years time the rapid development of thegrowing variety of rich, fast-food restaurants accounted for by the proportion of total turnoverin1996increased20%to45%in2009, and the fast-food industry accounts for food andbeverage industry The share is growing year by year, fast food plays in people’s lives moreand more important role. The thesis of "a love life" restaurant chain project as the object ofstudy, business plan form by the use of strategic management, marketing management andfinancial management and other aspects of the theory, all aspects of the project and a detailedanalysis of the overall planning. This is not only for the project drawn up a blueprint fordevelopment, to enhance business confidence, but also make the introduction to venturecapitalists, will help raise funds.This paper introduces the "One Love life" restaurant chain products and services,corporate culture, core competencies and development planning, hardware conditions andoverall style, organization and team and other company profile. Then, using the PEST modeland the five-force model, respectively, on the macro environment and industry competitiveenvironment analysis, SWOT analysis and the use of the advantages and disadvantages of theproject as well as external opportunities and threats analysis, can be seen, the externalenvironment facing the project very favorable, and the advantage is much greater than theinternal weaknesses. On this basis, this project chose the target audience, then the marketdemand, and thus a reasonable strategy to develop a marketing mix to achieve brandawareness, expand awareness and increase market share objectives. And in the above analysis,based on the investment and financing plan and exit strategy note, cash flow projections andproject efficiency and risk evaluation work.Through this study show that:"a love life" chain restaurant market prospects, theproject’s services and products has obvious advantages, static investment payback period ofonly2.85years, far less than the operating period of15years, the net present value of1.2458million dollars, much larger than zero, the internal rate of return as high as67.2%, muchlarger than the benchmark rate of return of12%, the project’s significant economic benefits,and risk analysis shows that the project has a strong anti-risk capabilities, with less risk. Studyconcluded that the investment project is feasible.
