Research On The Enterprises In Tianjin FAW Xiali Training System Optimization Based On Lean Thinking

The mission of Tianjin FAW is to become an international fist-class enterprise of compact car manufacturing. In order to realize the mission, TPS and lean manufacturing system are introduced. The author believes that the building of new training system based on lean thinking is the best solution for accelerating human power training. It is very important for sustainable development of the enterprise.Firstly, Core idea and application of leaning thinking in human resource management are described in this paper, training system building flow is analyzed based on the theory. And then, the problem of training system of Tianjin FAW is discussed based on the theory described and investigation of the company. Finally, an optimized solution of the training system is compiled and the flow of the training system is set up systematically.The study result of this paper will be helpful for realization of TPS in Tianjin FAW, and then, it will play important role to improve"the production scale, marketing situation, company operation, product competitiveness, system capability and visible identity of the company". This is the core work of the thesis.
