Study On The Organization Structure Of Agent Project Based On The Value Engineering Method

In recent years, with the state invest heavily growing in infrastructure, China's government investment in public projects of Agent System has achieved an unprecedented rapid development. In the process of Agent System Development, some questions those can not be ignored have appeared, one of these is the organizational structure of construction project is unreasonable, and organizational efficiency is at a low level. The efficiency of the organizational structure of construction project will directly affect the quality of the construction project and the level of utilization of government investment, thereby affecting the general level of the overall construction project management, ultimately deciding the goal of building construction projects on behalf of the wonderful achievement. Therefore, the analysis of the current organizational structure in construction project, has turned to be an important way to improve the efficiency of the organization as well as to improve the overall management of construction projects.According to China's current problems and shortcomings that exist in the organizational structure of agent projects, this paper carries out its research in the purpose of optimizing the organization structure of agent project. Viewing the importance of the department optimizing in the whole organizational structure optimization, this paper focuses on optimization from the department's aspect, and puts forward the overall ideas and concrete steps of the department optimizing, and combines with related methods and theories. This paper introduces the basic principles and methods of value engineering into the study on the optimizing the organization structure of agent project, and on the basis of scientific and rigorous analysis of the feasibility of the value engineering applying in the organizational structure optimization, in accordance with the procedures of VE, strictly defines the functionality and cost of each specific sector in the organization structure of agent projects. In the view of the unscientific and inaccurate evaluation results as the impact of people's subjective evaluation on the generally used evaluation methods in VE, this paper combines with the basic principles of triangular fuzzy numbers and improves the accuracy and objectivity of the evaluation using fuzzy comparison matrix to improve the evaluation results.Finally, the paper studies the current organizational structure of Tianjin West Railway Station transportation hub project, puts forward a specific optimization, further verifies the scientific methodology and feasibility of the method to optimize the organization structure of agent project proposed by this paper, and provides a new a new way of thinking and methods in the optimization of the organizational structure as well as the management improvement of the agent projects.
