Research On The Impcat Of Rapid Technological Changes On High-Tech Enterprise Value

With the globalization of economic development, competition among enterprises has spread from domestic and regional competition into global market competition. New technologies and new methods are emerging in large numbers, which cause the products replacement in an accelerating pace and shorter product life cycles. Technology changes are showing a trend of much faster frequency, larger range and shorter time. In the condition of rapid technological changes, high-tech enterprises value is showing significant change features:nonlinear,instability and mutation. This makes the traditional linear evaluation methods are no longer suitable for the evaluation of high-tech enterprise value. Therefore, it is necessary to seek a new evaluation method, which is more scientific and reasonable to evaluate high-tech enterprise value under the new situation.At first, this paper gives a sort of domestic and foreign study on the technological changes and enterprise value, pointing out the deficiencies in the existing research. And then the writer defined the concept of rapid technological change, and analyzed its salient features. Then, I gave an analysis to the value mutation of Apple and the electronic components listed companies in our country. Afterwards, I explained the reasons for the mutation. Besides, I lead the mutation theory to the high-tech enterprise evaluation index system and constructed the evaluation index system, and drew conclusions and suggestions.
