After10years of rapid development, the level of technologyand service delivery model for online banking is getting more sophisticated, from theoriginal simplified service model to gradually evolved into "customer-centric",personalized service, and It is more and more welcomed by the general public,therefore, at this moment Internet banking has become focus on the developmentdirection in all the commercial banks.Based on the above considerations, the article is the study and explorationmarketing strategy of White Sea branch of online banking of the Postal Savings Bank.Firstly, It Briefly discusses the concept and characteristics of the online banking, Andsummed up an important role of online banking form the development course of domestic and international in the Bank's Development in order to Long-termdevelopment for the banks in the future, we must have to adjust their businessdevelopment on focus, firmly grasp the e-banking, especially the development ofonline banking, so there is a place in the fierce competition. Through successful casestudies analysis of the development of online banking at home and abroad, also thesuccessful practices of other banks was summarized in the development of Internetbanking. Then this article has described the development status of the White SeaBranch of Postal Savings Bank online banking, summed up some of the problems thatexisted on the development of online banking, the article has used the SWOT analysismethod, the growing market of online banking environment of it were accurateanalyzed,for summed up it have both opportunities and challenges with white Seabranch of the development of online banking services of the Postal Savings Bank, butcomprehensively, it looks at more of the disadvantages, it is recommended to take acautious development strategy.
