Research On The Synergy Development Of High-Tech Industries And Venture Capital In Heilongjiang Province

In the era of knowledge economy, high-tech industry has become the main impetus of the world economic development and has become the top of world strategic commanding. As catalyst of the high-tech industries, venture capital has also play a pivotal role in the economy of a country. It is important to develop high-tech industries and venture capital industry, promote high-tech innovation activities and foster new economic growth point in Heilongjiang province in order to adapt to the construction needs of an innovative policy and speed up the implementation of the old industrial base strategy. Thus it can accelerate and optimize the upgrading of the industrial structure, improve the comprehensive economic strength, which has extremely vital significance to ensure the healthy sustainable development of economic.This dissertation makes a comprehensive review analyzes the research status at home and abroad. On that basis, this dissertation analyzes the mechanism of the high-tech industries and venture capital of coordinated from the synergy development of power, collaboration relationship and synergy effect and self-organization evolution process. Meanwhile, this dissertation analyzes the present situation of the high-tech industries and the coordinated development of the venture capital investment by using SWOT analysis method in Heilongjiang province, and establishes the synergetic evaluation model which is used to evaluate the high-tech industries and venture capital coordination development from a synergetics point of view. From the above evaluation results, the restraining factors can be found, synergy development strategy framework of high-tech industries and venture capital is specific designed, and the synergy development general ideas, strategic target, contents, dynamic monitor and adjustment is offered, based on which the development direction of the high-tech industry and venture capital collaborative in Heilongjiang province is cleared. Finally, The relative countermeasures are put forward by the government. This study can provide effective theoretical basis and reference to evaluation method for the research on high-tech industries and venture capital investment coordinated development.
