The Study Of Team Ecosystem Of Enterprise

As a new organization structure, team was concerned because of the high performance for its synergistic effect; and with the growth limits of the world and enterprise, sustainable development has gradually put on the management agenda. Enterprise, as one of the subsystems of the socio-economic system, how to solve the problems of team development, to make team effective to play different role in the sustainable development of enterprises, is becoming the one of topics which a business management disciplines need to study.This study, from the macroscopic background of business development, clears the existing problems in the development of teams, expounds purpose and significance of this study, and proposes research approach, innovation points and deficiencies. The second chapter, based on the team theory & organization theory, introduces the ecological system principle and method into the heterogeneity team management. The third chapter, using paradigm research method, puts forward the concept, team connotation and the characteristic of ecological system, and determines the structure of the system elements and their relationships. The innovation part of this paper---the fourth chapter, on the basis of definition about team ecosystem factors clearly, this, studies the structure and function which closely related to each other:the study of the structure, construct mainly from the two layers, which interactions among team subjects, and interactions between team subjects and environmental, and explain the structure from the view of the hierarchy connection and structure management, meantime, makes the comparison between team ecosystem and the previous organization structures. And the study of function was discussed mainly from the ecological function between the team subjects and environment, production function, decomposition and restore function of team ecology system, and functions in integration and development of the team ecosystem. The fifth chapter, based on the related principles about natural ecological equilibrium, from the meaning and characteristic of the team ecosystem equilibrium, puts forward the forms about ecological system equilibrium. The sixth chapter discusses the actual application of team ecological system through cases.
