For enterprises, business process reengineering, the inevitable outcome of the development of enterprises, is an important means to realize scientific management and increase their competitiveness. As for city commercial banks, which have been through three years of rapid development, they are faced with a bottleneck problem that how they should develop and cultivate core competitive ability so that they can not be defeated in the increasingly fierce competition. So it is the same with Jilin Bank. With the saturation of provincial market and the deteriorated competition, Jilin Bank, restricted by its own capital constraint and supervision, cannot create a miracle of another three rapid developed years by the traditional way of monopolizing the market with its large size and online stores. If Jilin Bank wants to gain the goal of being a public company, it is extremely important to strengthen management and process optimization, and then improve its core competitive ability. Under this situation, Jilin Bank need to reform its credit granting system and business process reengineering.According to the organizational behavior and theory of business process reengineering, this article will follow the order of introducing a question, analyzing the deeply cause of it and giving a solution. While taking Jilin Bank as the research object, the author conducts the research about city commercial banks'process reengineering by combining theory with practiceThere are six chapters in the article. Chapter one is about the article's research background, purpose, method and main content. Chapter two introduces the theory of business process reengineering, including its present situation, theory and method summary. The author takes Haier Group as an example to explain the application of business process reengineering. Chapter three focuses on Jilin Bank's problems by analyzing its credit business and evaluation process. Chapter four puts forward a new credit and evaluation system after comparing it with foreign banks. There are five aspects making it a perfect process reengineering scheme, which are system, business process, position description, authorized and motivate mechanism. Its strengths are also mentioned. Chapter five evaluates the new process's pros and cons, put forward some measures to fix the problems in the process. Chapter six is the conclusion of the article, the author points out the value of the research and its future.cThis article advances a complete credit evaluation system and business process reengineering plan by analyzing Jilin Bank's problems, which has an important referential significance.
