Research On The Contract Review Processes Reengineering Of The Gulf Company

With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the social economy has also been growing rapidly,and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.As the main promotion of social and economy,enterprise plays a vital role in promoting society and economy development.In order to improve their competitive ability,enterprises must rely make changes themselves based on the market,thereby expanding their influence and improving their economic benefits.In the process of continuous development and improvement,business process reengineering was proposed.The theory of business reengineering stems from the United States more than 20 years ago.Business process reengineering has attracted the attention of many enterprises due to its advanced concept and throughout revolution from the beginning.It has become the focus of attention in developed western countries and all over the world.As a kind of perfect management method in the actual operation process of enterprises,business process reengineering set process simplification as the core object,business process diagnosis as the core idea,and customer service as the main thought.It integrates resources to maximize the efficiency of enterprise internal operation,thereby establishing enterprises market competition system and improving their core competitiveness.In this paper,the condition ofbusiness process reengineering of enterprises in our country and abroad were summarized.After that,the theory basis and relative concepts including methods and procedures were demonstrated according to the research of results from other researchers.Then,the problems existing in contract review business processes of the Qinhuangdao Gulf Security Technology Limited Cooperation were analyzed in detail and author also pointed out the necessity and urgency of the process reengineering.Through analyzing the existing problems in the enterprise routine process,the author found out the core factors that affected the business process reengineering,and then proposed solutions aiming at redesigning the business process.On the other hand,from the technical level,the procedure of business process reengineering in this cooperation was explained and some process reengineering approaches such as benchmarking and value chain analysis methods,were conducted to ensure the smooth implementation of process reengineering.Thus,a better mode of operation and organizational structure could be obtained after process reengineering in order to improve their economic benefits in the increasingly fierce competition in the market.
