As the development of financial situation, reform of the organizations structure and business processes and interior management has been taken place, the Bank of China has become a shareholding one from the bank of the wholly state-owned commercial banks. Became a listed joint-stock commercial banks. Especially with the IT technology developing, a new business process, and the organizational structure, management process of integration is underway.After technical innovation, the management information on the basis of accounting yards to the product yards, and thus enhance of enterprise management through the management, enterprise efficiency were rows increase in importance. The management of the products for analysis and research improve the management of the product, the efficiency of product managements became an important subject.Bank products management meaning effective encouragement of all levels to the agencies and departments of creative thinking, the market with the customer awareness and need convert to new products, with new more reasonable, the more scientific way to change people's life, and the profit of bank maximization of a series of products strategies and activities of the management. This article is a researching of the Bank of China A Branch from the microcosm and macrocosm two aspects to pose existing product defects and deficiencies, to make improvements to the existing practice, and make it more suitable for the bank of china.Firstly, this thesis analyses the current product management of the Bank of China, then to modify products management, we have to analyze and research the management and find the present management of the defects and deficiencies. The modification will be started from the conflict of old and new management model, showing that the current management problems and questions from the micro and macro products management level. Reducing same process, and unnecessary decision-making power to supervise and check, value added activities to reduce the principle of existing products management process to improve. To be adjusted management organizations, set up by the customer manager, product manager, product research and development center president of the office of the four steps management structure. After improvement as to product management processes and products plan, product imports, products launch and the management of the three stages handed in a process. To improve product management structure, rationalizing products management process, the financial department of management is required on the basis of the macro level. This mainly strengthens process of supervision and audit and strengthens the importance of quantitative financial analysis of the product management.By the Bank of China A Branch's products management research, using financial management and process management theory and methods, modify the organization chart. Fining the effective way of adjustment, and strengthen the third party monitoring. We will implement Economic Capital method of measuring and Profit Contribution Analysis System to product management, and quantizing analysis comprehensively and objectively.This article is based on the rearrangement of job process and profit contribution analysis, to modify the current mode of management and find a set of proper one to improve the product management effectively.
