Since the end of the last century, China has been depicted as" the last untapped automobile market in the world". The government of this country has introduced many new automobile policies to promote production and consumption in the past thirty years, aiming to stimulate domestic automobile market, to boost domestic demand, and to promote economic transition. As each policy effect gradually, China automobile industry coruscate gloriously, and create much flourishingly opportunity of survival, production and sales for several consecutive years of blowout. It adds fast maintain in 20% above over these years. In 2009 , because the global financial crisis has seriously affected the Europe and the United States, Japan and other developed countries, the automobile market severely slump in car sales, but this country auto industry appeared incredibly rising trend, even exceeded over the American market in sales, being the largest automobile market in the world.In the face of the global financial crisis, automobile industry becomes important momentum to maintains growth of Chinese economy, accompanied by that Chinese also gradually become the world's most potential market of automobile credit. Major automotive manufacturers and the domestic banks in China devoted a great deal of investment. The national automobile sales increase year by year and at the same time, auto consumption credit will continue to flourish. Although China automobile finance industry has made certain progress, China's individual auto consumption loan become second large market in personal finance and consumer credit market in 2009, however, China automobile financial industry which is relatively backward in current situation is still not to be ignored. In China, the total amount of loans to purchase a car is much lower than the proportion in developed countries, it is only 30% in China rather than 70% in developer countries for loans to purchase a car, the Chinese auto finance industry still has vast development space. How to excavate the potential of the market is primary issue in many banks and credit companies . That is the reason why I made an empirical study in the automobile credit marketThe automobile financial industry took the high risk and high return on the market because of the rapid development of the big banks. While banks and credit companies try their best to sale their innovative products, pander to market demand and consumer, even play up to automotive distributors and 4S shop's needs, at the same time, new problems have gradually emerged: how can the product effectively control the cost and risk, expand the potential gains, generously reward collaborators, improve efficiency and further subdivision of market and ect.In order to solve the above problem, CCB make up new series of products -- Car hire based upon credit card. In the face of the situation that the other banks launched the auto consumption credit, CCB depends on its product with its low cost, free mortgage, unsecured advantage, quickly opens the market, becomes a new force in auto finance industry. But when expanding the market, the new problems have been produced, such as cognitiving deficiencies to the automotive consumer groups. in the face of fractionizing market, it is difficult to carry out effective marketing measure and serious problem of the low efficiency of lending. In order to solve the above problem, CCB is in need of a detailed analysis of the consuming groups of the market research, so as to further guide itself to improve products, expand the market, reduce the cost. The empirical analysis in a serious and responsible attitude for auto consumption credit market, undertook detailed analysis, study the automobile installment customer groups for its age structure, income structure, occupation characteristics in detail,system and scientific research. At the same time, based on CCB's own characteristics, I take correlation research between credit and loan amount , as well as car price and loan amount analysis. I hope this paper can provide help to CCB and other banks and enterprises committed to enter the automobile finance market, in order to resolve the the problems above. Which bank can effectively control the cost and risk, to further expand the potential gains, give partners more return, while improving the efficiency optimization of bank lending, credit process, will further subdivides the market, thus to improve the quality of service, reduce costs . After this preliminary study, we can find out the following features in the Jilin province automobile credit consumer:( 1) The age mechanism of the consumer distribute approximately among 30to45, This consumers are primary ,this age group have not only good income but also willing to purchase a car with loan, it is the main consumer groups, so the automobile finance product positioning in the market will further expand the profit of enterprises.( 2) the amount of consumer loans and personal income showed a linear correlation. After more research is not difficult to find, a relatively high income crowd more acceptable high amount of loans, so in the automobile finance product design to the income as an important factor to consider, for high income people should be given a higher amount.( 3) the amount of car price also showed a linear correlation with their salary. Consumers owning higher income purchased the vehicle with relatively high price, so the automobile finance product design should consider price factors, the high-grade vehicles should be properly relaxed line, but not further reduce the amount. jobs, but consumers in the first class of occupation for exemple: state organs, party organization, enterprises, institutions responsible person, there are associated, the occupation have significantly higher income at the same time they need high amount of the loan , the vehicles purchased value is higher also, for this kind of occupation of consumer, the automobile finance product designed to give tilt, so as to further expand the profit.( 5) people who can receive loans to buy a car exists generally in first class, second class, third class, fourth class and sixth class, while the fifth class and seventh class occupation don't accept the loan. Therefore the process of marketing to position market are focused on the above five kinds of occupation, so to achieve the best results.( 6) persons who are easy to accept loans to purchase a car are generally in the 2000-6000 salary per month, so the product market positioning tend to this income, the marketing process should pay attention to this crowd's psychology, characteristics, behave models and meticulous analysis, in order to achieve the effective market occupied purpose.
