On one hand, China has joined the WTO, in this situation, the two sides on the development of bilateral economic and trade relations are highly valued, high-level dialogue and intersectoral engagement was significantly increased and mutually promote understanding and trust; on the other hand, the trade friction between the two countries and contradictory and ceaseless, bilateral trade to smooth development brought adverse effect.The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, in the introduction, the author mainly introduced the research background, literature review and the innovations and shortcomings. The second chapter for the development of Sino-US trade and trade friction. The author in this chapter firstly introduces the current development of bilateral trade, pointed out that the rapid growth of Chinese economy and the international economic status enhancement and American economic recovery for the further development of Sino-US trade relations created external condition, and analyzes the restricting of Sino-US trade relations between the development of certain factors: first, the global financial crisis after the United States domestic trade protectionism; second, long-term presence of American trade deficit with China will continue to influence the main problems in the development of bilateral trade relations. On this basis, the author from the perspective of the world economy, the United States of America perspective as well as the Chinese perspective, analyzes the causes of Sino-US trade friction intensified in recent years the main reason. The author thinks, from the world economic perspective to the Sino-US trade friction aggravate is mainly due to the global financial crisis occurred after the prevalence of new trade protectionism, the development of economic globalization, industrial structure is not balanced and the WTO system not perfect. From America 's point of view, leading to the Sino-US trade friction is the main cause of the United States of America and the adjustment of industrial structure and trade relations in the political factors. From China 's point of view, leading to the Sino-US trade friction is the main cause of China's high dependence on foreign trade of China to the United States market and excessive dependence on the. The third chapter is the focus of Sino-US trade friction. The author thinks, the Sino-US trade friction to issue two, first, intellectual property issues; second, the problem of RMB exchange rate. The fourth chapter to solve Sino-US trade friction countermeasure research. In this chapter, the author thinks, should correctly deal with the Sino-US trade friction.
