This article from the topic named "The key industry technology demand and supply countermeasures study of Yunnan province ", which the mentor responsible for the Science and Technology Agency's subject. With the development of scientific technology, China's modern logistics industry has been one of the ten invigorate industries. This is playing a significant role for the development of logistics industry. Yunnan Province under the guidance of western region development strategy of our country is actively developing modern logistics industry. Yunnan Province is located in the southwest region of the motherland and some Southeast Asian countries and South Asia countries bordering on nearby, which is an important channel for our country connection Southeast Asia and South Asia countries. With the establishment of ASEAN, Yunnan's economy has been rapid development and modern logistics industry has ushered in a fast development period. The transportation infrastructure of the modern logistics industry in Yunnan has made some achievements, but this also exposed some problems with the modern logistics development. One of the more prominent problems is selection the modern logistics technology cannot fully adapt to the economic development of modern logistics needs in the process of selection. Therefore, in-depth analysis of technical requirements of modern logistics development in Yunnan Province problems, explore the choice of modern logistics technology, not only to give a reference to the logistics enterprise development of Yunnan province, and have a certain role in promoting the economic development of Yunnan Province.By studying the domestic and foreign research of modern logistics dynamic and the concept of modern logistics technologies and features to be defined, for the following research has laid a good foundation. In this paper, mainly from the following three aspects of modern logistics development in Yunnan issues of technology selection. First of all, analyzed the achievements and deficiencies of the modern logistics and modern logistics technologies in Yunnan, and on the basis of above, by the analyzing of the horizontal data of the eastern region of modern logistics technology and Yunnan comparative, obtained the technical requirements of modern logistics development of Yunnan Province. Secondly, be analysis of technology demand for the development of modern logistics in Yunnan, and then from the development of modern logistics selected the most suitable for modern logistics technologies in Yunnan. In this paper, from the government, market factors, technical factors and enterprise factors affect four aspects of modern logistics technology options based on the analysis, and then using fuzzy AHP (FAHP) from the quantitative point of view analyzed the influencing factors and from 15 factors selected nine key factors to build a modern logistics technology selection index system. On the basis of the index system, by the help of network analysis (ANP) theory constructed the modern logistics development in Yunnan province of choice model, and use technology experts with the actual situation of modern logistics in Yunnan, based on the model constructed by using Super Decisions (SD) software evaluated the optional modern logistics technology, and then selected the most suitable logistics technology for modern logistics development in Yunnan province. Finally, according to the results of the study from the government support, Yunnan Province, market economy, technological innovation & technology transfer and personnel training four aspects putted forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for promoting the development of modern logistics in Yunnan.
