Today, the third-party logistics in China is developing very rapidly, and enterprises should not only concern the traditional transportation, warehousing, supply chain, nor simply enlarge the scale, but are also supposed to evaluate logistics market comprehensively and objectively taking their competitive advantages into consideration, to select the most suitable size Sub-market. Different segments of the market have much difference in the value of the investment for third-party logistics companies involved. Therefore, rational and effective assessment of the relevant market is the core of marketing and strategy development for third-party logistics enterprises, especially for large-scale logistics groups.Upon the study on the third party logistics market, logistics companies can make accurate market positioning and potential valuable regional market screening, to contribute to competitive strategy adjustment and make more objective and scientific decision-making for enterprises, which will create greater value into a higher competitive level from the complex third-party logistics market.Upon this, the thesis is based on theory study, refers to domestic and foreign literature, and tries to understand third-party logistics market segmentation and research background evaluation. The thesis makes full use of fuzzy consistent with the nature of matrix consistency test, in order to expand the advantages of third-party logistics industry and to make an important support for the theory and practice.Finally, on the basis of the above-mentioned theory research, based on evaluation on a domestic large logistics company market, through its own capabilities and operating enviromnent faced by the forecast evaluation, the thesis determines its market research model, establishes the individualized third-party logistics market assessment, and puts forward its unique insights and arguments to the problems related.
