The Cost Management System Establishing Study Of Construction Project For LONG-YE Company

In order to response the international financial crisis and ease the conflict of the construction of water infrastructure is lagging behind, countries investment in water conservancy and infrastructure construction is going to further increase,that for water conservancy construction enterprises has brought new opportunities for development in China.But the project cost management and control is widespread poor, the low profitability of the project, seriously hampered the development of construction enterprises of water in china. Through studied on cost management of LONG-YE company s construction projects, the paper propose solutions and suggestions, in hopes of LONG-YE company and other enterprises to improve their project cost management, seize the development opportunities for reference.Taking the construction project cost management as the research object,the paper depend the theories of construction project cost management.At first,the paper introduces the project cost management status, Point out the problems and analyze causes of the problem. For the problems that project cost management of the company,we put forward solutions of constructing company project cost management system and discuss detailedly the main contents of the system which includes establishing project cost management system,enterprise project cost management institution and the processes of construction project management.And then,in order to guarantee the system of construction project responsibility cost runs smoothly,the paper puts forward six measures,such as transforming the concept of cost management, improving the project manager responsibility system,paying cash in reward or punishments of responsibilities cost in time and so on.At last,the paper summarizes the whole contents and points out that the manner of project management cost which is adopted by the enterprise should adapt the enterprise's actual conditions.
