Research On Construction Project Cost Management Of Shandong Zhengyuan

Under market economic condition, one of the major competition factors is price. Strengthening cost management and lowering cost has become an important measure to help enterprise to boost benefit and tone up market competition. How to enhance project quality, ensure schedule, reduce project cost and improve economic returns is the key point in relation to construction enterprise existence and development. After our country joins WTO, construction markets totally open, the competition is more intensifying, so the construction enterprise has to control project cost in order to enable construction companies in an invincible position in the market competition.Therefore, this article on the basis of the situation at home and abroad, combined with the theory related to cost management in construction projects, analyzed the current situation of construction cost management industry, on the problems in the project cost control, proposed the contents of Total Cost Management and conducted an empirical research, established project organization system, applied target costing to estimate cost, confirmed segregation of duties, proposed cost control measures, and the assessed the cost performance.In short,the goal of the paper is to reveal the present situation of cost management in architecture enterprises,urge architecture enterprise to strengthen the interior cost management, promote the TCM of architecture enterprise to go along in the track of standardization and in the end enhance economic benefit.
