| With global competition intensifying, the competition among enterprises is no longer on products and technologies, but is on the business model. Successful business models can bring more competitive advantage and profits to enterprises and that's why the analysis of business models becomes more and more important nowadays. Besides, the evaluation of business models is a complicated project as well as be very useful for enterprise improving their business models.Firstly, the thesis reviews and summaries the theories of business model. Based on these theories, the thesis gives the definition of business model and puts forward the business models are divided into four main types. Then the thesis chooses one type of business model, core type business model, as research objects. For evaluating the effectiveness of business model, the evaluation system, consisting of three evaluation layers which are financial indexes,customer indexes and management indexes, is established. Additionally, through the analysis of Meters/bonwe casual wear brand's business model, the evaluation process of business model built in this thesis is demonstrated. At last, the conclusions of the current research and suggestions for the future focus on this topic are summarized. |
