With the advantage of the organization of clusters is gradually emerging in the history, it has led to the research of the technical innovation of cluster enterprise is particularly important. Meanwhile, with the gradually deep research of the life cycle of enterprises and technical innovation strategic options, and the life cycle of cluster and technology innovation strategic choice, different technological innovative strategies attach to different life cycles of clusters and enterprises. Only choose the proper technology innovation strategic, can we make higher rate of success and better result of the technical innovation of cluster enterprises.The choice of cluster enterprises' technical innovation strategic, is not only influenced by the life cycle of enterprise, but also life cycle of cluster, and external and internal environmental factors of enterprises. Therefore, there is no technical innovation strategy which is suitable for all the cluster enterprises, and there are no cluster enterprises which can succeed with a strategy of technical innovation all the time. So we have to integrate the life cycle of enterprises and clusters and the external and internal environmental factors, to do the research of strategic choice of cluster enterprises.This paper study cluster enterprises. Firstly, find the advantage and disadvantage of several technical innovation strategies and their applied conditions and the feature of cluster and enterprise in different life cycles, by the study of the theory of cluster and technology innovation strategy and the papers of cluster and enterprise in different life cycles. Secondly, determine the nature of the cluster enterprise technical innovation strategy choice, by the analysis of the life cycle of enterprise and the innovative strategy choice,the life cycle of cluster and the innovative strategy choice, and the external and internal key factors of technical innovation strategy choice of cluster enterprise. Thirdly, to build an appropriate indicator system by the integration of the life cycle of cluster and enterprise and the external and internal key factors of technical innovation strategy choice of cluster enterprises. At the same time, to quantizing analysis the indicator and use TOPSIS to build the model of cluster enterprise technical innovation strategic choice. At last, choose a cluster enterprise as an example to point out the technical innovation strategy choice in its life cycle. |
