Only in this way, the human resources management work can effectively implement. Compensation system is a modern human resources management system premise and important part. For enterprise speaking, compensation management is the core of human resource management and key and difficult point of the management, raise the level of enterprise's salary management for preserving and attracting excellent employees, promote enterprise steady and rapid development has a very important significance.The private economy is China's reform and development and market economy development process, at present developed gradually, the private economy in China's national economy plays more and more important position. In the enterprise salary as being the most incentive factors, for private enterprises improve employees' participation, and promote the rapid development of private economy has played a very important role. But with China's economic development and the environment changes, the salary system of small and medium-sized private enterprises but not to be improved and compensation system with new, leading to become better and faster development of small and medium-sized private enterprises as a constraint. Therefore, this study focuses on the ways in which the small and medium-sized private enterprises to establish scientific and reasonable in the enterprise and environment characteristics and meet the remuneration management system.This paper taking shanxi ZL company as the research object, in extensive investigation data collection, and on the basis of the basic theory of using salary management from many professions and other enterprise advanced management experience and practice experience, the original of shanxi ZL company compensation system, a diagnostic studies in found that the problem and analyze the problems of shanxi ZL company based on the compensation system research and design.
