According to increasing competition among enterprises, the turnover of excellent employees occurs more, besides, due to the heated competition among enterprises for talents many excellent employees choose to leave their posts for a better new one, it happens occasionally. The loss of excellent employees will not only weaken the enterprise's core competitiveness, but also increase the replacement cost of corporate human resources, interference with job performance, seriously damage corporate cohesion, combat morale of employees, and impact on enterprise development strategies. If the loss of excellent employees continued to happen, the human resource can possibly be caught in a vicious circle of adverse selection. What's worse, if the collective loss of excellent employees occurs, there may be a mortal blow to businesses, leading to bankruptcy.Just to retain employees is not enough, companies need to constantly introduce new talented employees, bringing new excitement and vitality, maintain the organization of the young state in the development process. So how to deal with outstanding staff turnover has become an urgent issue to business leaders, especially to human resource managers.The function of excellent employees in the enterprise is not only to play an exemplary role, but also be the backbone of creating value for the enterprise. Managers must strive to retain those excellent employees who play an important role in the corporate value creation and business development process, and minimize the rate of outflow of talented employees, and maximize the rate of inflow of talented employees. This is also the foundation of sustainable development of enterprises.In order to profoundly reveal the factors of the turnover of excellent employees and in search for flow control mechanisms, this study discussed the factors affecting the turnover of excellent employees and the significance of the enterprise by means of analytical tools (economics and game theory). Through the principal-agent model, it also analyzed the heterogeneity on excellent employees and general employees in the enterprise in detail, and how to manage the turnover of excellent employees to achieve a separating equilibrium, thus expand the research on related and controllable factors of the turnover of excellent employees. Finally, the measures regulating the turnover of excellent employees have been systematically proposed and also some relevant practical recommendations.
