The effective building of employees motivation mechanism helps enterprises toattract,reserve and develop talents, and accordingly reinforce the achievement ofstrategic targets of enterprises. Employees turnover and motivation insufficiencyare the common phenomena in the Non-standard automation industry, whichattract broad attention from academic community to industrial practitioners. Thispaper discussed the problem of employees turnover of ShangHai BJ Co, with thegoal to increase its attractiveness to available employees and employees loyaltyand hence the improvement of its ability, which is of significantly importance forBJ Co, to constitute and Polish up the employees motivation mechanism.First of all, the current operational situation of BJ Co. are advanced in the paper,containing its development history as well as organizational structure, and thehuman resource management problems are broke down, which arise from thenature of BJ Co. during its high speed development term.These demonstrationgave a base idea to an enterprise perspective for the following proposal,that ofthe employees motivation improved mechanism design programs.In the section of empirical analysis, a research into the partial incentive of BJ Co.was performed by making use of and bonding two measures of questionnairesurvey and interview together. This survey dealt with the satisfaction of theemployees, and the data of the all employees’ satisfaction and the satisfaction ofemployees in the field of their genders, ages, and titles of technical posts, andstyles of work. Where after based on the research results, we used statistical workand analysis, stroking to chase down the reasons to go to show the rigorousdeficiency of incentive of BJ Co. from employees’ demands standpoint.In the light of the principals of classical motivation theories and the data analysisof employees’ satisfaction research of BJ Co., we sum up the general concept onthe motivation mechanism of this company. And expanded on motivation mechanism improving schemes for top managers, middle-level managers,engineers, salesman and Project Managers were provided.Finally, an analysis was spread out concentrated the implementation ofemployees’ motivation improving mechanism and the precise motivationmeasures for BJ Co. and some instructive suggestions were brought forward.
