Research On Professional Ethics Training Of Bank Clerks In Socialism Market Economic Environment

As the central part of professional quality structure of employees, professional ethics receives the attention of the party central committee and the society. The management of state-owned enterprises in country recommends that professional ethics training of employees is the central part of professional quality training, which emphasizes the promotion of the staff and the development of the enterprise. As the state's central financial industry, the bank will require inevitably that the professional ethics training of employees as the key to be emphasized to improve the staff work. Grasping the connotation of professional ethics training in the socialism market economic environment scientifically, analyzing the problems and the reasons of training at present existence deeply, putting forward the effective strategies to improve training accordingly, and improving the professional ethics of bank clerks constantly, which are not only the new requirements put by the socialism market economy to bank development, but also the way to improve the overall competitiveness of banks, to realize the guarantee of healthy and orderly development of banks. From the perspective of professional ethics implication, and associating with the new requirements to banks under the socialism marketing economic circumstance, it analyzes the implication and meaning of cultivating the professional ethics for bank workers comprehensively. Explicit concept, accurate position and developing or concluding the meaning have significant instructive influence on the studying of the next two parts.PartⅡ:it states the analysis of problems and reasons exist in the training of bank clerks currently. The author takes use of such methods as documents method, individual interview and reality observation method, gets relevant materials from the network, documents, reality etc, combines with the important documents of central party committee on ideological education of state-owned enterprise, summarizes the existing problems in professional ethics training of the present bank clerks and analyzes the causes of problems, thus setting a stage for putting forward reasonable countermeasures in the third part.PartⅢ:it states the countermeasures for improving actual effects about professional ethics training of bank clerks under the market economic environment. In view of analyzing problems and reasons, draw lessons from the achievements of modern social sciences, e.g. management and sociology, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures about the actual effects of training bank clerks and explores positively to change the existing problems of training bank clerks, which is the ultimate goal of the thesis.
