With the globalization of economy development, the corporate social responsibility problem is more and more extensive attention by international and domestic society, while the enterprise is focusing on the relationship between corporate social responsibility performance and the enterprise performance.This article is begin to analysis the theoretical basis of corporate social responsibility, based on expatiated the concept and essence of social responsibility, analyzed and summarized the major research results about the relationship between social responsibility of the enterprise and enterprise performance by domestic and foreign scholars, which provides important basis theoretical for this paper carry out researched and analyzed the relationship between social responsibility of the enterprise and enterprise performance.This article defined the meaning of corporate social responsibility from the angle of stakeholders, and believed that corporate social responsibility is to balance 8 stakeholders which include shareholders, creditors, employees, suppliers, consumer, government, environmental and community satisfy and demand, achieve the social overall maximize profits. Foreign social public database is the important data sources channel for empirical research on corporate social responsibility, but our country has not been established social public database relevant enterprise society responsibility, and so this paper chooses 68 listed companies which belong to 100 indexes in china as empirical research samples. Meanwhile, according to the theoretical framework of corporate social responsibility, constructs the multi-dimensional index system of corporate social responsibility. And assuming enterprise bear to eight major stakeholder responsibilities is positively promotes the company performance. To ensure the empirical results objectivity, this paper will also define listed companies in China eight dimension society responsibility as explanatory variables, and choose enterprise scale and company shares nature as control variables, to analyze the performance of enterprise social responsibility how to influence corporate performance.This article statist iced the sample 2007, 2008 and 2009 annual data by Excel, SPSS16.0 statistical software, calculated and screened those index which are needed to this paper research. These index data are separately carried on the descriptive statistics analysis, the correlation analysis and regression analysis, demonstrated the performance of sample enterprise social responsibility how to influence corporate performance, and draw some relevant conclusions as the flowing: At first, the listed companies in China bear to shareholders, employees, customers, creditors and community responsibility will positively promote company performance, which is accorded with the theoretical analysis conclusion. But the listed companies in China beared to suppliers, government, environment responsibility are negatively promote corporate performance, which is conflict with the theory analysis conclusion. Second, the enterprise scale and company shares nature are significantly influence enterprise performance, and also influence the performance of corporate social responsibility. But on the whole, the empirical results are basically confirmed with the theoretical assumptions, the enterprise performance will be improved through bear to stakeholders responsibility.
