Application Of Quality Planning In Small-and-medium-sized Private Enterprises

Quality planning is widely used in automobile enterprises. Quality Management System Planning is to be considered only when the Company reaches some scale. From the beginning of the article, the brief introduction of Part Branch of Positec (Suzhou) co.,Ltd. is been brought. This paper analyzed the business condition and quality objectives of the Part Branch of Positec and found a solution. The measurement covers product APAP, QMS planning (including recombination of organization and the responsibilities, allocation of business objectives, development and implementation of business processes, and establishment and application of the appraisal system), which not only bring a way on how to progressively meet the business objectives, but also can be referred on enhance the business management level of small-and-medium-sized private enterprises.
