In the information age, electronic commerce, as a means of managerial innovation, can bring huge business opportunities and development impetus to the small and medium enterprise of private sector. Those enterprises must correctly understand electronic commerce and its impacts, contrastively and deeply study the approaches, methods and success experiences of other domestic and abroad enterprises on how to apply and implement electronic commerce, to meet the challenge of global and market economy. In the meantime, when those enterprises implement their electronic commerce applications, they should carefully understand and analyze the particular problems they face, to apply electronic commerce effectively.In the 21^st centuries, because businesses are in a market environment of furious competition, and especially because the small and medium enterprises of private sector have their particular weakness, they can't abandon their traditional business model and channel immediately. The purpose of the case studies is to find out the success factors and get revelation for planning our system. Finally, a system plan of the electronic commerce application of the KUAHONG Science and Technology Limited Company is given in details. We hope the EC project could promote the information management and the core competencies of the company.
