With the improvement of Chinese social productive forces, the small andmedium-sized manufacturing enterprises play an important role in the sustainability ofChinese economic development and sate of employment. In order to adapt to rapidlychanging international market and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, the smalland medium-sized manufacturing enterprises must achieve business procedurereorganization, logistics dredging and on-site management standardization through newtheories and patterns of management. And among these methods, the reorganization ofbusiness processes becomes one of the most effective ways.This paper emphasizes five vital elements for those enterprises’ successfulreorganization of business procedures, which are raised one the premise of Chinese smalland medium-sized manufacturing enterprises by analyzing the enterprises’ generalbusiness features and connecting some successful implemented theories. Then the fivevital elements are strategy management, IT, human resources management,organizational structure and corporate culture, Through the overall success, reduce thecost, profit rises, operation cycle is shortened, customer satisfaction five dimensions ofBPR implementation evaluation, meanwhile, the paper still analyzes the particularities ofthe manufacturing enterprises. By selecting business circumstance, nature and scope, itstudies vital successful factors and integrated modes which can help the enterprisesknowing more about indispensible problems and finding effective methods in thereorganization. Thus people can make suitable strategies to improve the transformation.With the methods of investigation and research, designing the questionnaire anddata collection that are used to measure and describe the five key successful factors, thepaper verifies the importance of those factors, and puts forward business processreengineering.
