| Core commercial circle means the areas which are focused by the commodity networks of the urban area or the community inside the city. rising, forming and developing of it could be the results of the urban civilization and economical progress. Anyway, one important area of urban research is the change of the space structure of the urban core commercial circle, with the relationship of the social development. with the fast development of our cities after the reform and opening up ,and basing on the tightness with the city issues, more and more experts would focus on the relating studies such as urban planning, architecture, geography, sociology, economy and so on.Core commercial circle is the product of rapid development of the city, and a significant symbol of urban commercials and business prosperity as well. In recent years, many inner cities have brought up the concept of core commercial circle within the process of construction planning, and follow others randomly to construct commercial circle without considering the fact and the demand of the city. ChangShu is a developed city which located in the central of the Yangtze River Delta, every commercial index ranks the first of all the other cities. In a word, researching the construction and development and the importance of the whole development of the city of the core commercial circle and bring up some related strategies and suggestions would be valuable on the theoretical and real basis.On the aspect of the structure, this dissertation analyzes and explains the concept of the commercial circle and the structure, in the mean time, research on the basic conditions and the useful experience in and abroad the core commercial circle in Chinese cities, in order to refer to other's experiences ,and combine the unique model of Changshu core commercial circle to analyze the problems which existing within the small and medium sized cities in China ,finally, we shall bring up some relevant strategies and suggestions. |
