Mechanism Innovation Of Integration Of Urban And Rural Area Of Wuhan City Circle

This article begin from urban-rural integration that is one aspect of the integration of Wuhan city circle, through innovative mechanisms to promote the development of urban-rural integration, so as to achieve the promotion of the entire city circle integration purposes.This article is divided into five sections. The first part is the basis for the whole part of papers, mainly introduced related concepts and content of integration of urban and rural area,background and significance of the thesis topics,and related studies of the integration of urban and rural area in home and abroad. It lays the foundation for the following study.The second part studied related theory of urban-rural integration,briefly introduced the concept of scientific development and dual urban-rural structure theory. It led to the conclusion that the concept of scientific development and dual urban-rural structure has a very important lesson for the urban-rural integration by analyzing their relationship with the urban-rural integration. It provides a strong theoretical guidance for urban-rural integration.The third part focuses on the status of the integration of urban and rural areas of Wuhan city circle. Generally presented developed situation of Wuhan city circle,including the scope and location of Wuhan city circle and the overview of each city . And then introduced the status of integration of urban and rural areas of Wuhan city circle from the economics, social development and the spatial structure. Specifically,cited a per capita GDP,urban and rural incomes,the GDP of three major industries,non-rural population data in recent years of each cities of Wuhan city circle in the economics. In social development,it mainly illustrated the achievements of integration of medical and health of urban and rural areas,the integration of urban and rural transportation,the integration of urban and rural public employment services,the integration of urban and rural education,the integration of urban and rural social security,and the reform of household registration system . It described the size and structure of the main cities and towns,the layout of urban space from space structure.The fourth part analyzed reasons for the problems of the integrated development of urban and rural areas of Wuhan city circle according to the status of integration of urban and rural. First of all,the evaluation index system of urban-rural integration is introduced to respectively analyze the indicators of economy,social development and urbanization. These indicators exposed problems of integration of urban and rural of Wuhan city circle. Finally,It come to the root causes of these issues are dual urban-rural structure and institutional mechanisms.The fifth part mainly studied the solving strategies of problems of integration of urban and rural of Wuhan city circle That is do some innovation and creation in urban-rural economic development,urban-rural social development and urban-rural spatial planning mechanisms .The writer think the Solution of problems of integration of urban and rural of economy is innovating mechanism of industry , in details is to develop urban-rural related industries,specific industrial clusters and accelerate the development of the tertiary industry of rural .The innovation of mechanisms of integration of urban-rural community is to reform the household registration system and establish urban-rural public service system with offering equal treatment for farmers. The innovation of integration of urban-rural planning mechanisms is to plan and construct region-wide industrial layout,layout of towns and network of urban transporting infrastructure as a whole.
