In short, the information business process reengineering is a system which needs thorough analysis of the anatomy of the existing process, familiar with the background of existing network infrastructure, understand the platform for business functions,to build the customer-oriented, efficient cross-sectoral collaborative team culture within the enterprise's operations automation, intelligent decision to improve the production, operation, management, efficiency and level of decision-making and rapid response to market changes ability to further enhance their core competitiveness.
