Research On Logistics Industry Development Policy Of The Wanjiang Demonstration Area

The logistics industry as an emerging industry, in recent years rapid development, more and more public attention from all sectors of society, the state, ministries, provinces and municipalities to promote the development of logistics industry related policies are also frequently introduced.At present, the Wanjiang Cities as a demonstration area is to undertake coastal industrial transfer, how to seize the policy opportunity to utilize the full use policy, and innovate the mode of development, is the most important problem the logistics enterprises have to grasp in the development process.This paper reviews domestic and foreign logistics development system and research on the basis of relevant literature, Wanjiang demonstration area for logistics and logistics policy status quo, through a detailed analysis of development policy system compositied of the structure policy, the organizational policy, the development policy, summed up the regional logistics industry and logistics policy development trend, and put forward their innovative development model and policy support.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1) The Wanjiang Demonstration Area logistics industrial structure policy:promote the third-party logistics, and promote the logistics enterprises to have a high-class direction;(2) The Wanjiang Demonstration Area logistics industry organization policy:to encourage reorganization and integration of the logistics enterprise, and entry conditions in the optimization industry, but lack of standardized logistics market conduct policies; (3) The Wanjiang Demonstration Area of logistics industry development policy:at the technology policy, to strengthen the new technology, advanced technology, to promote information technology, standardization; at the layout policy, to encourage integration of resources, speed up the development of international logistics and bonded logistics; at the fiscal policy, to support infrastructure construction, promote high-tech, advanced technology development; at the land policy, promote the optimal land use structure, focusing on co-ordination;(4) The Wanjiang Demonstration Area logistics industry policy to encourage innovation, promote the upgrading of facilities layout emphasis on comprehensive, systematic, organization and management effectiveness, integrity policy direction; (5) The Wanjiang Demonstration Area oriented towards the park facilities, social, professional, hinterland radiation capacity, information technology, automation, mechanization direction.This paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the logistics policy system's relevant circumstances of the Wanjiang Demonstration Area, expect to:provide a reference for local governments to develop policies, provide a policy guidelines for the logistics enterprises which will have a investment in Anhui Province, and provide a reference for the logistics enterprises to optimize development model.
