Research Of Controlling Construction Investment Of The Underground Railway Project

Comparing with other transit tools, the underground railway has the characteristic of efficiency, energy conservation, safety and comfort, etc. It also can improve the urban traffic and layout. However, the high initial investment has always been puzzling the underground railway enterprise on its sustainable development. Working as a large and complex system, the underground railway includes civil works, vehicle engineering, communication engineering and other specialties. Thus parameters of its investment control are complicated. Construction investment is the most important component of the initial investment., it is also the key of investment control. Therefore, studies on how to control construction investment of the underground railway project have the vital significance.According to current condition of construction investment control of domestic underground railway project, this paper analyze and describe the key and major parameters of investment control in different period. Using management ideals of whole process control of engineering project investment, this paper analyze and describe from various points of view on three subjects. The preparation of bidding documents, expert evaluation and contract conclusion of bidding period, changing management and claim control of construction period, settlement examination and verification of completed project. Actual examples of domestic underground railway project are also delivered during the analysis. Meanwhile, based on existing bid evaluation, improved version of comprehensive evaluation method is proposed in this paper, It make up the weakness of existing bid evaluation method.The writer proposed some reasonable suggestions and the opinions of controlling construction investment. With relatively strong practical significance, this paper is helpful to improve integrated understanding of controlling construction investment of underground railway.
