Since the reform and opening up, Yanbian private economy and private enterprises continued to grow from small to large scale, and has become an important component of the state economic development. However, due to start late, weak economic foundation, capital accumulation time is short, the basis is still relatively weak, particularly with developed regions and the national average there is a big gap. Among them, human resource management is the development of private enterprise in Yanbian area is an important issue. Therefore, in order to help win the Yanbian area of private enterprise a sustainable competitive advantage, study the status of human resources management, analysis of its human resource management problems and issues arising from the reasons behind, and explore strategies to improve human resource management is necessary. This paper will be objective and based on this idea started.After investigation and research, this paper argues Yanbian area of human resources management, private enterprise has the following problems:low quality of the staff as a whole, is not an effective selection of personnel recruitment, performance appraisal can not be improved rough future performance, the lack of systematic training, the brain drain serious and human resources management system is not standardized. The main reason for these problems are as follows:the lack of modern human resource management, internal resources are scarce, the impact of family management, human resource management role yet to play, the lack of corporate culture to support and so on. To the survival and development, dynamic capabilities to help companies win, this paper presents Yanbian private enterprise human resource management improvements, including:establishing a strategic concept, create excellent corporate culture; improve the human resource management and personnel development; change family human resource management; gradually established performance management system; to carry out systematic training; continue to strengthen human resources management system.
