To some degree, the birth of internet fundamentally changed our lifestyle. Business trends are also facing the huge challenge of globalization and infomationization. The current market structure and operation mode will also be changed. In order to survive the brutal competition, more and more enterprises begin to consider human resources management from a strategic point of view, tying human resources management and the company business strategy together.As an important part of the Human resource,management performance appraisal and achieving corporate strategic goals, performance appraisal plays an important role. In this paper, we'll take WFT as the studying case. WFT survives in one of the most competitive industries at present– Group buying websites. Their business model is by building a network platform for both the merchants and the consumers and to achieve profitability through the provision of services. Some people think that this type of company should be light administration, only need to focus on traffic and the buying ability of the customers. However, I think this type of company should enhance the management capacity, which is the vital factor to survive in such brutal competitions. During the initial phase of this industry, rules are vague, goals unknown, WFT strategy is to take as much market share as possible. With the maturity of the market, WFT goal has changed and has had a clearer vision for itself., WFT should established its unique management and operational mode so that it's easier to attract more resource and capital, regardless what it has changed. This mode will be imitated in this industry in the future.In different industries, different stages and different strategies, the use of performance appraisal tools, methods and results are different. In this paper, based on the decomposition of organizational strategy, combined with the core functions of departments and job responsibilities, building performance evaluate system and to choosing the right performance appraisal method. The purpose of this is to design a set of practical features to meet the business performance evaluation system, which can accurately evaluate employee performance and improve the level of performance for the enterprise to achieve strategic goals and to keep a sustainable development. Currently, all group-buying companies lack performance appraisal system, in hope, this paper will give some ideas in developing and human resource management to these who are in such positions.
