Nowadays the military product market is more and more open, and more corporations start business into military product market. It is the key factor for a corporation to earn and develop in military product market that to establish good after-sale service, improve service quality and get predominance from diversified competition. According to the requirement of national military standard for after-sale service of military antiaircraft communication equipment, and compared the feature of that of civil product, in the article the feature and requirement of after-sale service for military antiaircraft communication equipment is analysed in such six fields that technique training, technique document, spare part supply, treatment of quality issue, information collection and field technique service. Related information regarding to user, contractor and after-sale service is collected by questionnaire, and factors of each layer about after-sale service is selected and evaluated. By AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),the evaluating model of after-sale service for military antiaircraft communication equipment is constituted, the weight of those factors which affects after-sale service is calculated, and some common issues in corporation's after-sale service is analysed. And according to some cases, the after-sale service of three antiaircraft communication equipment manufacturers is evaluated and compared each other by the evaluating model, and it benefits army to select the equipment supplier. It is useful for the military product manufacturer to apply the military antiaircraft communication equipment evaluating model introduced in the article to evaluate competitors, in this way the after-sale service quality is improved, and its product quality is improved and itself grows as well, which results in the win-win of army and military product supplier finally.
