The Evaluation And Analysis Of Our Coal Industry Competitiveness

Based on the development of the theory of industrial competitiveness and current situation of China's coal industry, in order to find the main factors affecting our coal industry, this paper's purpose is to appraise the competitiveness since reform and opening in China, in the same time predict the development trend situation of the coal industry 1025, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so it has important theoretic and realistic significance.Firstly, this paper put the predecessors theoretical research achievements as a foundation through extensive reading and overseas relevant industrial competitiveness of the literature;Secondly,summarizes the coal industry since the reform and opening in China, it is concluded that the present situation of the coal industry competitiveness effect, and use original factors influencing factors of the questionnaire to enhance objectiveness;lastly using the principal component analysis for quantitative statistics processing, evaluate the China's coal industry competitiveness and put forward corresponding countermeasure. Through the research,we found that there are five main ingredients affect coal industry competitiveness:national policy and economic cycle, market power, technology innovation ability, advanced elements and coal rail capacity. The conclusion is China coal industry competitiveness has being strengthen except the Asian financial crisis, but the technology innovation ability and railway transport capacity should still need to improve. On this basis, we proposes corresponding countermeasure on the basis of the coal industry's current situation and existing problems:complete the relevant policies and regulations, increase financial support to ensure whole coal enterprise have the innovation ability, improve the environment; step up railway system reform, extend the industrial chain, strengthen market macroeconomic control.
