Research On The Low-carbon Economy Development Model In China

The conception of low-carbon economy is a new idea following the sustainable economy and green economy. The low-carbon economy pursuits of reducing the emission of greenhouse gas such as carbon dioxide in the social production and consumption, and lower the level of carbon dioxide in the atmospheric, so as to reach the status of harmonious coexistence between human and nature, and finally get an environmentally friendly and resource-saving economy. Each country began to develop their low-carbon economy. China also should develop his own low-carbon economy with its own characteristics as a member of the global economy. So we should use the theory of low-carbon economy as a guide to construct and form the low-carbon economic development model of China.In this paper, I chose the low-carbon economic development model as the study object, try to construct the low-carbon economic development model of China which suit for its characteristics on the basis of related concepts and theories of low-carbon economic development model, also have learned from the experience of developed countries. Then I propose specific measures so as to guide the healthy and orderly developing of the low-carbon economy of China.Paper consists of five parts, the first part is an introduction, mainly to introduce the study substance, study methods and study ideas, also summaries related research at home and abroad; the second part defines the concepts and theories of low-carbon economic development model, provides a theoretical basis for the following analysis; the third part analysis the need of developing a low carbon economy and constructing the low-carbon economy model of China combined with the specific characteristics of China's economic development and current situation; the forth part introduces the low-carbon economy model of Taiwan of China and Japan which has got some initial results, then extracts some useful experience in order to guide the construction of the low-carbon economic development model of China and gives some successful reference; the fifth part is the emphasis of this paper, in this part, I constructs the low-carbon economy development model of China which named "for in one model", analyzes from for point of view including upgrading of high-carbon industry, creating low-carbon industry, social promoting of low-carbon life and researching of low-carbon technology, finally raises the way and measures to achieve the low-carbon economy of China.
