"Manzuo", which is imitate to the Groupon in America is the first on–line group buying in China in 2010.Along with it, the on-line group buying market have a rapid develop in China, and it becomes to t he newest E-commerce. However, they are also some problems and contradictions, which is a bottleneck to the on-line group buying. So model innovation is a major method to solve the problems.First, the writings will analysis the SWOT of the on-line group buying currently, and I think we should seize the opportunity to expand the on-line group buying with model innovation. Second ,based on the analyze of the problems of the on-line group buying, we've discover some problems, such as the customers have to accept the product and the price without their own accord, and the range of attracting investment is limited, less competition, unpredictable number of the customers. To solve these problems, we can do on-line group buying of the customers'own accord .Then, the writings will analyze the mechanism and the strength of the new style .For example, in community, in agricultural means of production, in the college. Last,forecast the tendency of the on-line group buying.
