With the globalization of economy rolled up the global village, Chinese enterprises have played a more and more important role in the big stage of global economy. The rapid development of global economy is changing the traditional law of market competition. The success or failure of an enterprise depends not only on whether the enterprise can express the function of organization effectively, but also on the capacity of team work in the global supply chains which is even more important. The competition of supply chains has been the core matter of global commercial competition. How to deal with the fierce global competition, and how to build up the competition advantage in the supply chain so that someone can strengthen its position in supply chain system, have drawn more and more attention of the public. The main research method to achieve the above targets is using supply chain contract. By providing appropriate information and encourage measures, supply chain contract can avoid members of a supply chain making a decision only according to its profit. To avoid the multiple marginal effects, a supply chain would improve the distribution channel performance by using contract. Through the coordination of supply chain contract, even though a supply chain cannot achieve the best coordinate effect, but maybe can achieve the Pareto optimality. This dissertation's main work is to investigate how to achieve the coordination under competition of supply chains.Under the background of uncertain demand and the linear price-demand function, this dissertation establishes a competition model of three-stage supply chains based on the system dynamics, and verifies the effectiveness and stability of the competition model. Then several contract styles are analyzed comprehensively before establishing the revenue-sharing contract model, buy-back contract model and the coalition contract model. The dissertation analyzes the key performance indexes of supply chain. According to the react of the performance indexes to the the contract parameters, this dissertation analyzes the impact of contract on how to allocate the revenue among the supply chain's members and the effectiveness of the coordination. At last, through the empirical study, this dissertation proves the rationality of the competition model of supply chains and the effectiveness of the coordination mechanism for the supply chain of household appliance.
