Study Of Supply Chain Optimal Structure Based On Competition Between Supply Chains

With the rapid development of global economic integration and fierce market competition,Any enterprise on its own strength is difficult to continue growing and previous competition pattern between enterprises is no longer meeting the development of social economy and enterprises.Mutual cooperation between enterprises has it insteaded.Collaborative competition and win-win has become the competition model between supply chains.Therefore,based on the optimal supply chain strategy,the research of competition between supply chains has important significance in promoting the development of supply chain management theory,to guide the practice of supply chain operation and management has important value.Based on the research results of considerable thesis about supply chain coordination and competition,building a simple supply chain system which includes two supply chains and each supply chain contains one manufacturer and one retailer.Under the supply chain competition model,take the supply chain profit as the structure selection criteria of the two supply chains.Under the situations of symmetric information and asymmetric information,and considering the competition between twosupply chains,which adopt four different decision structures,that the structures of Decentralization-Decentralization,Decentralization-Integration,Integration-Decentraliz ation,Integration-Integration.By comparing the retailer price,customer demand and the supply chain profit,coming to the equilibrium structure of the two supply chains.Paper's main conclusions:(1)under the symmetric information,integration is the leader supply chain's dominant strategy;and the follower supply chain's structure decision is depending on the leader's choice and the replacement of two products.(2)under the asymmetric information,the equilibrium structure of the two supply chains is depending on the accuracy of the leader's prediction and the competition intensity between the two products.
