Study On The Develjopment Of Rural Tourism In Chaoyang

As the important supplement, Rural Tourism was a result of the development of industrialization and urbanization which started in the 19th century in Europe. As well, with huge potential and rapid speed of the advancement of Rural Tourism, the very start of China is relatively slow. As a new industry, Rural Tourism plays an important role in optimizing and adjusting tourism industry; improving the income of farmers; promoting regional economic development and advancing the development of the cultural communications.Chaoyang is relatively rich in the resources of Rural Tourism, which provides a large potential for its further development. It will also improve the income of the native farmers; help adjust industrial structure through developing tourism resources and provides a reference for national Rural Tourism development.This paper,analyses the percent problem ,and synthesize the Empowerment theory, Experience economy theory , gives suggestions on the management and exploitation of rural tourism in Chaoyang.This paper is divided into five parts:Part 1: based on a large number of literature, from the importance of Rural Tourism and development of the background,this part introduces the background and the significance of the Rural Tourism, then synthesize the Empowerment theory, Experience economy theory , gives suggestions on the management and exploitation of rural tourism in Chaoyang.Part 2: analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Rural Tourism in Chaoyang, then summarizes the percent situation, and analyzes the limitation factors of the development of Chaoyang, Provides suggestion by improving the Consciousness, creating brand ,and managing by proper ways.Part 3: is the SWOT analysis on Chaoyang Rural Tourism. Through systematic analysis of Rural Tourism, defines its own strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats, and find out the promoting and restraining factors. The promoting factors include the strengths and opportunities, the restraint factors include weaknesses and threats.Part 4: makes an objective description of the current development situation of Chaoyang's Rural Tourism and systematic analysis on the remaining problems.Part 5: proposes several practical suggestions through the analysis on the problems which hinder the development of Rural Tourism in Chaoyang.The last part: comes to the conclusion.
