Research On The Development Of Sightseeing And Leisure Agriculture In Wanzhou District

With the development of our country's economy,traditional agriculture will inevitably be transformed into modern agriculture.As a new form of agriculture,tourism and leisure agriculture is included in the overall strategic planning of the country.Sightseeing and leisure agriculture can not only improve the quality of life of urban residents,meet their leisure needs,but also stimulate farmers to increase production and increase income.It is of great significance to solve the “three rural issues” problem,promote agricultural modernization,and promote the integration of urban and rural development.Therefore,tourism and leisure agriculture is the strategic choice for future agricultural development in Wanzhou.This article combines theoretical and practical principles,through literature research methods,case analysis methods and other research methods,based on the analysis of domestic leisure agriculture related research,combined with the development status of tourism leisure agriculture in Wanzhou District,analyzes the development of Wanzhou.The various advantages,development opportunities and other development conditions of tourism and leisure agriculture.According to the field survey,the three typical tourism and leisure agricultural models were analyzed and summarised: Tongxin Vegetable Daguanyuan,Qixinggu Eco-tourism Resort,and Fenghua Huaguo Mountain as examples.The model was a scientific and technological sightseeing agriculture model,a leisure vacation tourism model,and a pastoral sightseeing agriculture model.Judging from the case studies and investigations,most of the tourism and leisure agricultural projects in Wanzhou District have problems such as poor planning,similar project development,lack of relevant professionals,“staking”,lack of policy funding,and other issues.The district has laid out specific measures and suggestions for promoting the development of tourism agriculture in Wanzhou in terms of layout planning,improving quality,highlighting features,strengthening personnel training,strengthening operational management monitoring,and introducing incentive policies.
